Employee upliftment projects

The following projects are implemented to uplift and provide better quality of life to all Cape Cuisine employees.

  • "December bonuses" - for all employees working at Cape Cuisine for longer than 12 months.
  • "Food Hampers" - 5 large food hampers are provided monthly to staff via a lucky draw system.
  • "Financial Assistance" - 4 employees receive a large bonus via a monthly lucky draw.

Cape Cuisine has its own training department. Various upliftment courses and training programmes are available to employees free of charge.

We are annually reviewed by SEESA for our BEE status. Our official BEE rating certificate is available on request.
